Founded in 1950, "La
Perla del Mare" was one of San Vincenzo's first
bathing establishments. The di Emanuele family ran it
from the 80s through to the mid 90s when it was taken
over by Emanuele and Deborah. The restaurant specialises
in dishes that are typical of the local area, whether
meat or fish based and always makes the most of whatever
is seasonal and at its best.
The use of fresh, wholesome ingredients is one of the
restaurant's strengths, and making everything in-house
is another. An extensive wine list featuring local,
national and international wines ensures that food and
wine are always complementary to each other.
Located right on the sea front, the magnificent view
provides the perfect backdrop to any meal. |
