All the food served by us is specially prepared to
highlight its local roots, but with the addition of
a personal, creative twist. We take great pleasure
in deciding exactly what to feature on our menu, from
the bread, the homemade fresh pastas, desserts and
ice creams. We take pride in serving only locally-caught
fish, especially oily fish like anchovies or sardines,
but take as much care over the choice of meat, such
as boar or pork from a traditional Sienese breed.
