Our wine cellar offers ca. 160 labels, between national and foreign wines. A special attention is given to local wines, Val di Cornia, Suvereto and Bolgheri. The range of choice is completed by wines that come from the rest of classic Tuscany and from the most important Italian wine regions, such as Piedmont, Liguria, Lombardy, Veneto, Trentino-Alto Adige, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Campania, Sicily and Sardinia.

A careful Champagne selection, made up of 20 labels between the historical maisons and the vignérons  indépendants ones, is backed up by the best Italian traditional method spumante: 15 labels, from Franciacorta to Trentino, to Oltrepò Pavese.

The interest in  foreign wine does not end with Champagne, but it comprehends also some  other French regions, such as Chablis and Bourgogne for the Chardonnays,  Alsazia  for the the Rieslings and Loire for the Pouilly Fumés, until it crosses the oceans and arrives to California and New Zealand.

Eventually, among the dessert wines there are various Muscat, Passito and Vendemmia Tardiva: from Elba and Suvereto Aleatico, to Pantelleria Passito, from Ungarian Tokaji to French Sauternes.

Beer And Oil

A small selection of craft beers comes in addition to the wine list, with famous labels such as Baladin from Piedmont or Bruton and the emerging Opificio Birraio from Tuscany.

We are really proud of our personal selection of extra virgin olive oils, mostly local, suggested by the wine estates themselves or by trusted farms in the areas of San Vincenzo, Suvereto and Bolgheri, which produce aromatic and intense blends of frantoio, moraiolo, leccino and pendolino olive varieties, or more delicate monocultivar oils such as 100% lazzero or 100% pendolino. We particularly care to underline the fact that the oils presented on the tables for seasoning are the same used by the chef in the kitchen!
